do I need to extend my H1?

I have got EAC and AP in July this year and my H1 will be expired on Dec, do I need to extend my H1 anymore and what's the cost for that, is't a little late if I file at the end of Oct?

If ur employer is willing to pay for H1B extension, it's still not too late if u apply anytime now. Else go for using EAD.................
