do I need to do finger print twice?

I first filed form I-130, I-485, I-693, got the NOAs and did walk-in FP and took photo for I-485. Then I mailed form I-765 and I-131 the same day when I did FP.

My Q is: do I need to do FP again for I-765 (EAD)?

Since I will be out of town for 3 months, if I have to do it again, do I have to go back to the ASC appointed by USCIS or can I go to ASC in another state for FP?

Yes. You will have to do Biometrics again. You must wait until you get your FP appointment and then you can try to do a walk-in, but not before.
