Mine I485 is pending for FBI "Name Check" since Dec 2003. I done my first FP in 09/2004. However, I haven't received notification for the second FP from USCIS yet.
I am kind of curious what will happen if I couldn't get the FP2 notice after my first FP expired next month. How's is going to affect my I485 if my "Name Check" cleared before I receive the FP2 notice.
Plz advice.
