Do I need to apply for 3rd EAD

Hi Guys,
I have just sent response to the RFE raised by USCIS to the attorney. They will be mailing that to USCIS the coming friday. My 2nd EAD will expire in Mar 04. Do you guys think I should renew my EAD.

As we see from this site, approvals come after REF vary from 3 weeks to 3 years(kidding, but 6 months would not be too surprising)

I have applied for my 3rd EAD, my current one expires on 3/29/04.
Here are my details

RD - 2/15/02
ND - 3/12//02
FP1 - 6/14/02 rec'd by INS
RFE - 9/5/03 rec'd by USCIS
FP2 - 11/1/03 schd for 11/12/03 did early
FP2 status not updated, checked online status today same old rfe response received on 9/5/03 message. I was hopeful after seeing some approvals today on rupnet.

I would suggest you apply for 3rd EAD.

Yes, I would strongly suggest that you apply for your 3rd EAD. In fact, I need to apply for mine soon. Mine expires on 3/12/04.

I submitted 3rd EAD.
Will expire 31st May. Just 6 months.
