Do I need previous job w2 for I-140?

Do I need a previous job I had 5 years ago w2 for I-140? Is I-140 means justify my current job (my sponsor) able to pay prevailing wage?

My lawyer told me to submit all W-2s and Tax returns from the year my employer filed Labor application.
