Do I need Passport Stamping

On August 30, 2005 received e-mail that my I-485 was approved
On August 31, 2005 I made an InfoPass Appointment for Passport Stamping
On September 1, 2005 received e-mail that they have ordered my Card.
I may get my card before the InfoPass appointment for passport stamping.

My question is if I get my card before the passport stamping,
do I need the passport stamping? Please advice.

No need for passport stamping if you got the plastic card. Passport stamping is required if you travel abroad w/o plastic card.
