And what if I have the passport but the particular passport having visa of other country and I did not told about that to immigration can I still use that passport. CAN I ?plz help me with this….

Hi:

You are very confused. Before you do anything, please see an immigration attorney. If you cannot afford one yourself, consult immigration services at Catholic Charities or your local bar association.

if immigration sending you back home thats like deportation so no you don't need a passport to go home because they gonna threat you like a deported person so maybe you have to go home and get your passport and visa . just suggesting

i'm not a lawyer so i can't give legal advice.best to get a lawyer sorry

I applaud you for wanting to advise and assure the persons who use this forum:however, I don't think that you know enough to be suggesting. Your advice is inaccurate a lot of times. Take the time to research and be sure before you post or delete your posts or inform others when you have errored. :o

Hi:

Sigh. Seriously - get some legal advice before you do anything. And by legal advice I do not mean advice from attorneys on this forum or laypeople. Go for a one-on-one consultation. That is my final comment.
