Do i need new multiple entry visa if old one is still valid?

I switched from Company A to company B. I want to go back for vacation. Can i still come back if the original multiple entry visa which is still valid till 2004 shows company A?

You can use the old visa

Be sure to show the new approval notice so you get an I-94 with the correct validity period.

Do carry...

You can travel with the H-1B visa as long as it is valid. However, don\'t forget to carry the original notice of approval from the current employer AND a letter from the current employer verifying your employment with them.
