Hello All,
My company is going to be relocated from Fremot CA to San Jose CA (about 8 miles), but across the county in Month of Jan. I have my labour approved(PD March 2005) and I-140 is under process.
Also my company has been merged with another big corporation. Real merge will happen mid of Dec.
I was about to convert my I-140 to premium and heard these two news.
Firstly, do I need my apply my labour again? If so, can I keep my PD?
Or do I simply need to reapply for I-140?
Please let me know..
