Do i need go thru PERM?

Hi,

I have filed labor application in Nov 04 under EB 3 Category.My lawyer says that my application has been sent to Pennsylvania backlog center.Do i need to file the labor again in PERM to get it approved fast or Can i wait till it gets approved?If i decide to wait how long is it going to take for the approval of my labor which has been sent to back log center?

Can any one tell me approximately how long it will take for me to get the green card using PERM or old application?

2 years for BEC...PERM ?

I am not sure if you are new but the BECs will operate till 2 years and intend to clear all the files by that time. However they have not started working on those cases yet....

PERM is unsuccessful so far.

Thanks for ur reply rest 2004 free.I'm not aware of all immigration rules.So BEC is going to take 2 years to clear all the labor applications filed till date.Then how long will it take for 140 and 485 to get cleared after labor certification

not sure....

I have heard they are getting approved fast...maybe those two would take two years in the current scenario...when all labor apps are pending...once we all get out...it could be another backlog there...

However in the past Congress made INS to speed up...so USCIS has taken some measures to make sure by the end of 2006 all case will be dealt with in 6 months...

Buddy it is long time...first we should get the labors done.
