do i need EAD?

My H1b will be expiring on November of this year but my RN husband is concurrently filing AOS (for the whole family) with his employer's petition, and an EAD for him at the same time. Should I apply for an EAD too if I am still working with the same employer?

If you want to work after November, you must get work authorization by one of possible ways: apply for EAD, or apply for H-1 extension. If EAD card will arrive late (after your H-1 expiration), you must make a break in your work until it comes. With H-1 extension you can continue working while processing just have H-1 extension receipt filed so that received before current H-1 expiration.
