Hi,
i entered usa using advance parole few days ago. I don't have valid H1 stamp in my passport. I don't have EAD. i've H1B 797 approved notice until april 2007. I plan to still maintain my H1 status & work with the same employer who holds my H1 visa and filed my GC. In this scenario do i really need to apply for my EAD only because I entered in usa by advance parole?
my wife does have valid H4 stamp in her passport. she will be coming to usa after few days. Can she enter on her valid H4 or just because i entered on AP her H4 has become void? please let me know.
