My 2nd Ead just got approved today and my 1st EAD expires on 22nd November, so i guess i will not receive my 2nd mail in mail by next week, can i yet continue to work based on the online approval, or do i need the EAD approval letter in hand to continue working.

Thanks

Re-verifying employment eligibility is the resposibility of the employer.
Unless they specifically ask you to re-verify your I-9, you can work (though technically, the employer must reverify - but many smaller companies let it slip till you bring it to their attention)

Since you know for a fact that your EAD is valid, you are not knowingly working without authorization - just ask your employer to reverify your I-9 when you get the card.

Of course, if they ask you to re-verify before that, you need to go on a leave of absence till you get the card (depending on where you live, your card would probably reach you before 22nd !)
