My I485 has been pending for almost a year. My I94 card is already expired. Can I go and get Advance Parole without any problem for my trip to India?? Do they require valid I94 or H1 extension receipt???
Hey man, only thing for AP would be your I-485 pending application. A lot of people apply for AP on their own, u can do so too, just goto ins.gov and check out the documents and fill in and send the application.
