Do I need any special form to fill up ?

Hi Gurus,

I am main applicant of GreenCard. My husband in h1b but not working right now. We filed our 485 form in March 2003 both together. Do we I need to file any special form like i am supporting him ? OR Any specific form about our relationship between us in immigration matter.

You dont need any special form. If AOS is pending then both he and you can legally stay until its approved.

Regarding relationship, I guess you already provided marriage certificate. That's enough - most of the cases.
As he is not working anymore, he is out of status now (even though he has H1 visa). He need to convert that to H4. If he stays out of status more than 180 days that could be a problem for his GC.

I don't think he is out of status. Since his AOS is pending he is in pending AOS status., which means he can legally stay in the country.Correct me if I'm wrong.

yes, I forgot the fact that he already applied for I-485 on march 2003. he is not out of status.
