I am curious to see if I can help my employer file for my H1b extension without the need to hire an attorney. My employer is a small size manufacturer and I would like to reduce his financial burden.
I want to know if there will be any
1. Issues with regards to conflict of interest?
2. Any rules or specific info that may not be readily available for general public that I need to be aware of. (With regards to LCA, DOL, ITRA etc)
