My H1B transfer was recently approved by Company A (mid-sized). I recently received an offer from Company B and their immigration team has reached out to start process already
I will be reneging Company A offer but do I need the approved i797 from company A for Company B’s visa process ? Company B lawyers say so. I want to understand what are the consequences of not able to get documents from Company A and whether it will affect my visa processing with Company B
