My boyfrend and I are planning a vacation to mexico soon and we are both on H1B visa status. I am a citizen of Bulgaria and wonder if I need a visa to enter Mexico. I do have a valid visa for US so coming back will not be an issue. I know that there was a law which would let you travel to Mexico without a visa as long as you are in status in the USA and have a valid visa. Is that still the case?
