do I need a new reentery permit if If i go to the USA for 2 days

I will apply for reentery permit after 3 month but after 5 monyhs i have to be back to the usa for 2 days only to take a pharmacy exam on june 2008,so on june 2008 do I need to apply for a new reentery permit or that old one would be stell active as it is valed for less than 2 years

I don't have an answer to you question but why is it that lots of people who want to be US permanent residents( or are US perm residents) often do not wanna live here or in some case, they have a job overseas or want to stay overseas for one reason or another. there are loads of people out there who will utilize the GC.
