do I need 4th EAD?

my 485 ND is 09/2002 (yes, it is 2002) and 3rd EAD expires in June. RFE was received on April 1,2005. do I need to apply 4th EAD? thanks for your comments.
 
Dont take Risk

I am going to apply for 4th EAD as my 3rd EAD expires in Sep. Dont take any risk with NSC.

I agree with wait_4_ever.

If you are using your EAD for employment, don't take a chance -- go ahead and apply right-away (as it is you can't make the 90 day cutoff for i-EAD).

If you get your approval before getting the 4th EAD, you'll be too overjoyed to care about it anyway :)
