I know this sounds kind of silly. I did concurrently filing (based on NIW) this summer.
Then I started to work for a company after I got H-1 visa. If my EAD is approved, do I have to use it if I wanna change my job before getting I-140 approved? My guess is that I can ask new empolyer to apply another H-1 visa for me (I am also not sure whether the new employer should file another H-1 petition, or just like update my current H-1 visa, so please also give your opinion on it) instead of relying on EAD. I really appreciate your reply.
