My friend own a company in a foreign country. He wants me to sell his company's products in the United States. I am a F1 visa holder here. I think what I intend to do is do some marketing and sell his products during my spare time. I want to accept orders from customers and then let him know how many products his company should prepare and shipping. Then I will distrubte them to the customers.
In order to do these things, do I have to start a independent company? Thank you.
