Do I HAVE TO renew my AP on time?

My Advance Parole will expire this month on 5/31/01.

Do I have to renew it on time?

I am not going to use AP for at least the next 6 months,
my I485 will be approved by then, but seems my I94 expiration
date depends on AP expiration date (valid date of I94 says
"paroled till 5/31/01"), so I am concerned.

Please share your experience.

You dont need to renew your Advanced Parole. If you dont have to go
out of the country, you dont need it. and you can get whenever you
need it.

I doubt whether your AP says paroled until 5/31/01. Look at it more
closely. When I recently came into this country, my I-94 said paroled
until 4/02/01 which means I was out on a parole till that data (that
is when I came in). Paroled until just says when you came into that
country after the parole. It is not Valid until. I dont think you may
have that date. Look at it more closely.
You dont need to apply for the advanced parole if you dont need it.
Anyway you need to renew your EAD if at all it expires.
