I filed for my labor in March and got it approved a few days back. Just filed for my I140 and can't file for 485 as I am from India.
I work as an automation engineer. I wanna switch to Program Management within the same company. Will I have to get another labor done? Or can I be a Program Manager without the GC process being affected?
