Do I have to file 140 in state where LC was filed?

If I change job location within the same company to another state after LC approved , should I file I-140/485 in prior state or the new location/state? Or do I need to file a new LC in the new location/state then I-140/485?
 
I-140 is applied where employer is located. If you are filing con-current you will file I-485 at the same place.
If you to apply 485 after getting receipt of I-140 you can apply I-485 where you are located.
