Do I have to do AC21 to switch jobs even after 180 days have passed??

What is wrong with my switching the companies without letting INS know?? I am curious. When RFE comes (eventhough my one RFE is already received by INS), can I not send the proof of employment? Is everybody doing the same thing whoever is changing jobs in between after 1 year of 485 being applied.

Do I have to use this AC21 methodology to switch jobs??

What is the Best Way to switch jobs!??
 
Well you are right....

You can switch jobs after 180 days of pending Adjustment of status application. If RFE comes then send the new employment information to INS.
