I have got " Bearer is not subject to two year residency requirement" on my VISA stamped in Mumbai in March 2002 valid till 28/2/2003. Later I went India this year and applied for VISA in May 2003. This time they put the sponseror name there. I enquired with the lady whoes name is written over there. She also mailed that "It means you don't need waiver" But I am not sure about the seriousness of these people about any question. Later they may say I am sorry T have not checked it properly that time. What should I do?
