Hi Folks,
I am new here, please help.
I just got my I-140 approved a few days ago, and I am going to file my I-485. Since my H1-B is only used about 2 more years, do I have to apply for EAD at the same time as I file I-485? And also if I change my job after I file my I-485, do I need to restart my I-140?
