I came to the USA as visitor (B1 visa) in Dec. 1999, married US citizen in Jun. of 2000. In Oct. of 2000 I filed for I-485 to obtain green card. Waiting for the interview which, I expect, to be in April or May. Always been here legally.
My questions are:
1. If my husband denies to go to final interview, will I be prolonged with my "work permit" and other documents?
2. He humiliates and abuses me all the time, can I take any legal action against him? Can I then be eligible for green card?
3. Do I have any rights at all? Should I file I360?...
