Do I have enough time to get GC approved?

My h1b expires in 2 years (Aug. 2006), and I am now planning to send my application of EB1 (outstanding professor) to Nebrask office next month. Am i too late for this? Also, do I need to apply for i140 & 485 at the same time to save time? Thanks, James :)
