Hi all,
I'm new to this forum and I'm confused about my case so I need a lot of help. Any advice or comments are welcome.
I was on a F-1 student visa but the university terminated my visa after my dispute with a professor. I didn't leave the US and stayed to sue the university. Then, half a year later, I was arrested by DHS and put in the detention center. I didn't get to see the immigration judge until a year later and no bond was allowed. At the court, the judge asked me whether I would voluntarily depart and I said I want to stay to sue the university and that if the judge orders me removed I would appeal his decision. But before I could appeal, I was sent back home by two officers on a plane. My question is: Do I have a ten-year ban for this? Thanks.
