do i file totally separate application (I-130 and I-485) for mother and father ?

folks,
I am applying for GC for parents and I need to know if i file two separate packages for mother and father. would it be different i130, i485 and seperate affidavit of support and medical exam report etc. for each person i am applying for OR i make one primary and other as additional family member when applying?
please suggest
 
Yes, it will be separate I-130s, I-485,s Affidavits of Support, medicals, etc. People in the Immediate Relative category cannot have derivative beneficiaries.
