Do H-1B have to apply for AP and EAD ???

Hi,

I got H-1B outside the USA, and I just got I-140,now prepare to apply for
I-485.
I want to visit China this Aug. Anyone can tell me if I need to apply
AP and EAD?

You can travel outside the country on the basis of your H1 as long as its valid. You dont need to file AP.
