hi all,

do canadian citizens need a US visa to enter USA?

My brother is hopefully becoming a canadian citizen soon and he wants to visit me here. Problem is that he was here in USA before and was illegal (overstayed his visit visa) but had submitted a I-487 (change to permanent residence app) through my father but he left for canada as he could not work here.

the I-487 is still pending here and no chance it will get decided any time soon...

and mind you he entered USA when he was like 2 years old and left when he was 19 years old so he did not enter here willfully.

So do you think there will be any problem for him to visit USA now after he becomes a canadian citizen? at the airport ?

any help would be greatly appreciated...
