Do additional TN's have to be issued at the same border?

I'm an RN who received my TN at a Washington state border crossing in April. I'm now in NY and need to have an additional TN for another employer. Can I go to a border crossing in NY?

I don't think that's gonna be an issue. Going to NY crossing should be fine. You're not port shopping - this is another TN, a whole new application.
