Hello - Good morning! I am an Associate Actuary i.e Associate of Society of Actuaries, USA. This is a professional US qualification like the CPA for example.
My question is can I obtain an H1 b under the 20000 additional quota based on my professional qualification? I am currently on H4 and looking for a job opportunity.
The additional quota is supposed to apply to US masters or higher/advanced. So does actuarial qualification fall under this category? I believe the INS considers actuaries as advanced professionals too.
