We are in the final stages of a family petition, US Citizen daughter filing for Father & Step-Mother and they have required a DNA test because biological mother did not put fathers name on birth-certificate. Does anyone know if this step will be all that is requested as proof or will they still want additional information besides the positive results of test? We are just so anxious for this process to be all over and done with. Everything else so far seems to be in order as we were married when she was just about 6yrs old.
