See you in Citizenship forums.

Can you please let me know the process of filing WOM. How much would it cost to file the same.

For WOM, the court fee is 350$, lawyer fees vary: average fee will be around 3000, my lawyer was Daniel Huang from California, if you get Motion to Dismiss, lawyer needs to file "Oppose Motion to Dismiss" which will be some extra fee( around 2000-2500$).

if your name check is pening for around 2 yrs and you made some enquireis with USCIS/FBI thru infopass/thru letters/faxes etc. you can go thru other threads or join the yahoo groups "namechecktracker@yahoogroups.com" for further help.

Agian, the success/out come of WOM is not guaranteed.

if you file in some pro-immigrant states your chances of winning WOM is high.

hope it helps.
