Actually I wanted your valuable advise on one thing. I am separated . I am not sure if I did that formally on paper. I had been focusing on work all this time and I was thinking whether we could reunite or end up in divorce but anyway things haven't been so sound on our marriage.
I am receiving emails from my wife that she just got some visa (I dont know what type ) and would come here. It has disturbed my work life . I am concerned , especially if she used my H1 status to get an H4 without informing me. (She deserted me for 1.5 years when I was in India .) Would this be possible. I have not told her I am working for Bajaj Computers but, she could guess that given the fact that previously I was with Bajaj from 2005-2006.
The H4 she had stamped expired in Feb 2007, while I was still in India.I had her H4 approval in my possession that had the name of Bajaj .
. Given all that is it possible that :
-- One can get an H4 by just filling out a form without a formal " Notice of action" at the local Embassy. .
-- One can file for a " Notice of action" i.e. approval without the knowledge of the husband / Bajaj ( My Company ) or Bajaj would have known it.Would she need documents from Bajaj or me to get an approval.
As long as she does not use my status , I am fine and all I trying to understand is - is that feasible given the fact that her approval has expired and was with me even when valid.Can I track this online ?
