Lets assume I'm on a conditional permanent residency. If my parent's divorce what do I do after 2 years? Dunno but I think my mom may divorce because she want's to retired back to brazil w/ her family but my step dad doesn't. So she's going to give up her LPR while I won't (I'll still be going to school). How do I maintain my LPR after 2 years?

This is a bit confusing!! How did you get your residency? Are you asking on behalf of your mom? yourself?

Reading through your post means that you get your conditional LPR through your mother who married a USC right? If that is the case, your LPR status is based in the marriage of your mother that is why is conditional, and your conditions are based in her conditions. Your status is link to hers. So if she doesn't remove the conditions (I think she must include you in the petition) by her second aniversary with your stepfather; I think you will loose it too since you get it because of her. You can check that out with a lawyer.

Good luck,
