I married to my current husband in 2007, and got my 10 yr gc in the mail two wks ago. My husband and I don't work out the relationship well, and yesterday we agreed to divorce. I am just wondering that since I only got my 10 gc two wks ago, can I file divorce right away? I am actually living in TX because of job and he stays in CA and we have been like this for 6 months now. I want to know what if I need to file divorce, where should I file the paper to. TX or CA? btw, I am married to him in Ca.
