divorce before I-485 approval

Hi, my husband and I filed for I-140 and I-485 in 2007. The application is EB1B based. I-140 has been approved. I-485 is pending. He is the primary applicant, I am the dependent. Now we are having marriage problems, I want to get a divorce. My question is will divorce nullify my I-485 application?

With you being the dependent, divorce while your I-485 is pending would nullify your I-485.

See if you can convince him to file WOM to get both cases decided quickly. Two years pending is too long for an EB1 case.
