Divorce before CR expires

Hello,

I have Conditional Residence and hasn't been 2 years since I got it or got married. My marriage is a nightmare and I don’t know what is going to happen. We are working on it but in the mean time I would like to know if anyone out there knows any case about filing I-751 after divorce and what the results were? Thoughts anyone?
 
well in this case you need a good lawyer, and you have two options if things with your wifey dont work out.

1. apply under WAWA
2. Get divorced and apply for waiver under the good faith marriage exception and prove to the INS you entered the marriage in good faith but of no fault of your own you guys got divorced.
