My girlfriend got married a year and half ago, and received her Conditional GC. Her marriage was not what she expected and has been separated for some time. I am a natural citizen and would like to marry her, however I am worried with how it would effect her GC status and her ability to keep or renew it if it resets upon divorce. Does anyone know what the best process is. We would if possible like to make this happen as soon as possible.
