I am on H1B visa and thinking of divorcing my husband who is on H4B visa. We are not US citizens.
1. When will my husband lose the H4B status, when I file for divorce or when we get the divorce papers?
2. Can he stay in the USA after I file for divorce, or does he need to leave the country immediately?
3. Am I financially responsible for him after I file for divorce or he has to look after all his bills? - this is in case he is still on H4B visa until we get the divorce papers.
4. Can I support him for a green card based on employment even if I file for divorce and we are separated?
