I was wondering if there is any way I can go to india with my us citizen daughter. My us citizen husband has told us to get out of the house so so many many times now. We have unfortunately been married three yrs. It is the biggest mistake in my life. But I cannot let go of my baby. All my family is in India. Is there any way I can go to india after divorce with my daughter?

I created a new thread cause the reply that u gave me to my first thread was like a huge bomb. I feel like Iam in prison in this country. All my family is in india. I wil have support there whereas here, I am on my own with my daughter. I guess I am hoping that someone wil tel me that there is hope....
Tulsi, there are millions of single mothers in America. You will be fine. You can do it!! Besides, no one know what the future holds for you. You might meet your true Romeo and get married again in the near future. If marriage is not in your mind right now, (it probably isn't) know that God will be there for you and your daughter. You will be fine.
Do what all people do. Link up with the Indian community and other friends...help where you can, and they will help you where they can.

You think you can just keep creating threads until you get an answer you want to hear? That doesn't work here, and it won't work in the family court system.
