Divorce after green card?

My husband and I are both waiting for our green cards. We are on our last processing. We filed I-485 5 months ago and we have received the EADs and the travel documents. He is sponsored through employment based and I received it through him as a wife (derivative adjustment). The question is is there any grace period upon receiving green card if I decided to get a divorce? Can I get a divorce immediately and still retain my green card or do I have to wait for 2 years? Thanks!

The 2 years wait is for anyone who received GC thru marriage to a US citizen. They will be initially given a conditional GC. The conditions will be removed after they remain married for atleast 2 years.

For employment based AOS cases, there are no conditions set on a dependent's greencard. You are free to do what is best for you right after it is approved.
