hey. I sent my diversity visa fee (440 dollars). today i got a mail from DOS. I got the same paper in which i wrote my information and my case number back. the only difference there is the 1018 at the top right and the bottom of the paper it is mark received nov 02 2010. can anywone tell me what that means? is it the receipt? and can I file now? and how long it takes for dos to transfer my case to the uscis? thank you
