District Office Processing Dates for Boston MA

It says they are processing April 2004 I-485 cases! (where as VSC says they are processing Nov 2002).

What is the difference between the two?

I have seen quite a few of these questions, but never an answer from anyone..Even I am curious about these dates. Is anyone out there know anything about these District Dates. It cleary say I-485 Application dates.

I think it means that District Office is processing I-485 cases that it received from VSC in April 2004.
