I am writing this to really vent my frustration at the GREAT DISPARITY between the processing records of the NSC AND CSC of the AOS applications. NSC - July 2003 and CSC - March 2005. A difference of ONE YEAR AND EIGHT MONTHS - this is absolutely, utterly ridiculous!!!!
We are living in a country where one talks great things about EQUALITY and blah blah..... And when it comes to AOS applications equality goes up in the air or down the drain!
It is simply very very unfair that just because I happened to stay in a state on which the snail speed NSC has a jurisdiction as opposed to someone who has identical case like me but happens to stay in a state or place on which rapid speed CSC has a jurisdiction. The other person gets his or her GC from CSC in no time, whereas I wait for ETERNITY!! I have nothing against those lucky ones - they are fortunate.
I simply do not get this - nobody has ever raised this issue of disparity; politicians and the USCIS does not give a monkey about this. Someone should really do something about this - question is who, how and when?? Otherwise we have to keep sulking!
